A healthy diet has plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, protein, and healthy fats.

- Feed your mind with silence and stillness every day for a few minutes
- Feed your body with raw foods for a month (Green leafy vegetables ONLY)
- Once a month – do not look at your smartphone for one whole day
- Once a week – Do not eat anything for one full day
- Spend 15 minutes breathing in as much oxygen as you can until your hands and legs start tingling which means you have a lack of oxygen in your body
- Ensure you have one meal less (no one has ever died eating less)
- Do random acts of kindness – something as simple as even giving a man standing in the sun glass of water
- Stretching, Yoga, Meditation, Fasting – Make them a part of your life – they will change your life forever.
- Get out of your comfort zone by doing something different every single day – you will be surprised by what you discover.
- Question everything – from god to a belief to someone’s love for you.
